Chick-fil-A Osage Beach seeks a Front of House Team Member to deliver exceptional hospitality and accurate orders, preparing beverages and enhancing guest experiences both in-restaurant and at the drive-thru.

Work alongside an independent Owner/Operator and restaurant leaders in a fast-paced setting. Flexible scheduling, competitive pay, Sundays closed, free meal during shift, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Responsibilities

• Signature Hospitality: Smile, make eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and make genuine emotional connections with every guest.
• Order Taking & Cashiering: Accurately enter guest orders into the POS system, process payments, and answer questions about menu items and ingredients.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare handcrafted beverages, assemble order trays, pack drive-thru bags, and double-check orders for accuracy and quality before handing them to guests.
• Dining Room & Drive-Thru Service: Host in the dining room, refresh beverages, maintain clean tables and condiment stations, and manage efficient drive-thru order taking and delivery.
• Cleanliness & Food Safety: Keep work stations, dining areas, and equipment clean and sanitized in accordance with food safety regulations and Chick-fil-A standards. Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Teamwork: Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant, collaborate closely with Back-of-House team members and leadership.
