Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Front of House teammate in Charlotte to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will seat customers, answer phones, cashier, and assist with to-go and delivery orders while maintaining clean and organized dining and retail spaces. The role requires 1+ year in food service/hospitality, clear communication, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality preferred.
• The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Thrived in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to working a flexible schedule.
• A food handler's card where required by local or state regulations.

Responsibilities
