M Crowd Restaurant Group in Plano, TX is seeking a Server to provide friendly, attentive service and help guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will guide guests through the menu, upsell favorites, and process orders with a POS system, while maintaining hospitality and efficiency.

The role requires at least one year of server experience, strong communication, and the ability to stand and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum one year of experience as a server.
• Basic knowledge of dining room operations and service procedures.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and receive attentive, personalized service.
• Inform guests of specials, menu items, ingredients, and menu changes.
• Make guest-focused recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
• Conduct age verification for alcoholic service following ABC requirements and Company procedures at all times.
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience, ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Be ready to assist fellow servers as needed and support bussing duties.
