Job summary

Bliss Car Wash in Las Vegas is hiring a Customer Service Lead to supervise daily site operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, and train team members on membership programs. The role involves managing shifts, enforcing safety, and delivering top-tier customer care in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $15.00–$18.00 plus commission, a $300 sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401k with employer matching, and free weekly car washes.

Responsibilities

• Lead site staff and maintain a clean, safe, efficient site
• Train the team on internal programs and loyalty memberships
• Sell Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages
• Ensure vehicles are loaded safely and prep is within guidelines
• Provide daily direction, enforce safety and compliance
• Maintain product knowledge and high standards of appearance
• Oversee open/close procedures and after-hours site cleaning
• Foster a positive culture and proactive leadership
