BLISS Car Wash in North Las Vegas is seeking a Customer Service Lead to manage daily site operations, train staff, and drive guest satisfaction through membership programs. The role offers $15–$18 per hour plus commissions, a $300 sign-on bonus, and growth opportunities within the BLISS family.

• Ability to lead site staff and maintain high customer care standards.

• Experience in selling memberships and upselling services.

Responsibilities

• Lead site staff and maintain a clean, safe, efficient site.
• Train team on internal programs and build customer loyalty through memberships.
• Drive Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages sales.
• Provide daily direction to staff and ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicate with Site Manager and oversee opening/closing processes.
• Foster a positive culture with proactive leadership and feedback.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure queues and areas stay organized.
• Support guest experience from greeting to checkout and post-sale support.
