Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Help guests use ordering kiosks when needed.
• Assist guests to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Check with guests after receiving food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat when appropriate.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Communicate feedback to restaurant team and provide recommendations.
