Job summary

Main Street Eats in Georgia seeks a Front of House team member who is self-motivated, friendly and dedicated to outstanding customer service. You will be the face of the restaurant, helping guests navigate the menu and place orders with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include assisting with training, answering phones, restocking, handling to-go orders, and maintaining a clean, organized space while staying punctual and calm during peak times.

Qualifications

• Friendly guest experience in person and over the phone.
• Accurate to-go orders and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Know menu and assist customers in navigating the menu and placing orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service and suggest products to meet sales goals.
• Assist with new employee training and supporting team performance.
• Support other areas: answering phones, restocking, packing and checking to-go/delivery orders, cleaning and documenting.
