Captain D’s is seeking a Shift Leader to guide our restaurant team and ensure each guest receives an exceptional experience. You will lead by example, train staff, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be responsible for daily shift operations, team development, and adherence to brand procedures, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of a background check.
• Physical/mental requirements: standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Occasionally work around chemicals and on uneven surfaces.
• Ability to work variable days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
