McDonald’s is seeking a Guest Experience Leader in Utah to create welcome moments for guests and help them navigate ordering processes. This part-time role operates within the restaurant’s daily schedule, including hours from 8am to 8pm, with a focus on service excellence and fast-paced teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
• Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
• Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
• Checking with guests after they have their food to ensure satisfaction
• Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
• Handling any concerns
• Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
