Job summary

Loveland Living Planet Aquarium in Draper, Utah is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to provide daily leadership to the front-line team and ensure a welcoming guest experience during day and private events.

You will coach staff, manage staffing, cash handling, and show readiness, while maintaining safety and quality standards across guest spaces.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in guest service, hospitality, or attractions.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Inspects guest-facing areas for cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
• Leads and coaches Guest Services staff to deliver excellent service.
• Oversees scheduling, cash management, and show readiness.
• Coordinates coverage for private events with other departments.
• Ensures safety and efficiency in guest spaces.
