Job summary

RAM Hotels in Columbus, GA is seeking a friendly Houseman to maintain clean, welcoming public areas and support guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will perform routine cleaning of lobby, restrooms, breakfast area, elevators, pool, fitness center and meeting rooms, provide attentive service, and adhere to safety and standards; HS diploma and 6 months hospitality or janitorial experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent with 6 months hospitality/janitorial experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work varied shifts and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly guest service; anticipate needs and answer questions about the property and local attractions.
• Complete health and safety training; adhere to brand standards; know fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
• Clean and maintain all common areas: lobby, entrances, restrooms, breakfast area, elevators, pool, fitness center, and meeting rooms.
• Handle lost and found items and report issues to management promptly.
• Perform other duties to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
