Job summary

RAM Hotels in Columbus, GA is seeking a diligent Houseman to join our hospitality team. You will help maintain the lobby, public areas, breakfast space, and other hotel facilities while delivering friendly, proactive guest service.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high-school diploma with hospitality or janitorial experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly guest service and anticipate needs.
• Complete brand- and safety-related training as directed by management.
• Clean and maintain all hotel common areas and facilities as described.
• Follow lost and found procedures and report items promptly to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure guest satisfaction.
