La Quinta Inn - Santa Fe NM is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper-Hotel Hospitality (Part Time) to maintain clean, welcoming guest areas in our Santa Fe property. You will perform cleaning tasks, follow standards, and collaborate with team members to meet guest expectations.

The role requires customer service experience, fluent English, physical fitness to lift up to 50 lb and push 150 lb, and willingness to work weekends or holidays. Prior housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience in any service establishment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry operations to meet quality standards.
• Assign rooms to staff and mentor trainees.
• Train employees and provide tools/equipment as needed.
• Monitor PAR levels and linen inventory.
• Report issues to on-duty manager and respond to guest requests.
• Promote teamwork and high guest satisfaction.
