• Ensure rooms are ready for guest check-in with a welcoming attitude.
• Remove trash and debris from halls and vacated rooms.
• Greet guests and assist with reservations or check-ins as needed.
• Keep logs and documentation of work orders and supplies received.
• Maintain room security and ensure locks function properly.
