Job summary

The Post Oak in Las Vegas is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Attendant to maintain high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas. You will clean carpets, polish fixtures, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests, ensuring a seamless experience aligned with brand values.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience on various floor surfaces, strong English communication, and a professional appearance. This is an on-site role in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience cleaning on multiple floor surfaces using related equipment.
• Must wear PPE as required for each area.
• Communication in English with guests and staff is essential.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean carpets, upholstery, furniture, and windows as instructed.
• Polish marble when necessary.
• Complete dusting of high/elevated areas.
• Clean lamps and lighting fixtures.
• Pull Rooms as assigned.
• Shampoo guest corridors and guest rooms.
• Deliver guest requests when needed.
• Move furniture inside guest rooms when required.
• Work with a variety of cleaning equipment.
• Handle and clean bio hazards.
• Assist with stocking linen/supplies in Housekeeping.
• Report damaged equipment, furniture, or property.
• Maintain all equipment used in housekeeping (vacuums, walk-behinds, shop vacs).
• Remove trash.
• Replace sheers/curtains.
• Perform all duties to support department success.
