Hotel Equities is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Teddy's Residential Suites and Little Missouri Inn & Suites in New Town, ND. The role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction by supervising room cleaners, coordinating tasks across departments, and ensuring rooms meet brand standards.

The candidate will train new staff, manage daily room status, and uphold service quality with a strong emphasis on guest experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping staff or teams.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise room cleaners to maintain clean and organized guest rooms.
• Check daily worksheets and inform front desk of room status.
• Coordinate housekeeping with front desk, engineering and room service.
• Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure standards are met.
• Log and track room status, inventory, and turnover.
• Train and guide new housekeeping staff and enforce company standards.
