Job summary

Trinity Retreat Center in West Cornwall, CT is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain guestrooms, meeting spaces, restrooms and common areas. You will demonstrate a professional, friendly demeanor and report to the Director of the Trinity Retreat Center.

The role pays $22 an hour with a need for availability in evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior housekeeping/hospitality experience is preferred, bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Physical mobility and stamina required; follow instructions with detail.
• Ability to work independently; flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, dining area, chapel and other premises.
• Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstery; mop and polish floors.
• Wash walls, windows; restock linen and supplies as needed.
• Report missing items or damages to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and guest areas; respond to guests helpfully.
