Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Club is hiring a Housekeeping Aide to support owners/guests and ensure memorable vacation experiences. You will respond to requests, set up rooms, and maintain cleanliness across assigned buildings daily.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Hyatt Vacation Ownership is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Delivers guest requests and sets up furniture items in guest rooms as requested.
• Identifies and reports preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Strip trash/dirty linen from assigned checkouts.
• Ensure correct inventory of pillows, duvet inserts, and toppers remain in the rooms/villas.
• Cleans and maintains assigned buildings/areas daily.
• Uses heavy cleaning equipment such as floor polishers, carpet extractors, etc.
• Stocks linen closets in assigned areas daily with linen and supplies.
