AvantStay in Laguna Beach is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Housekeeper to clean and service our units in a timely, guest-focused manner. You’ll follow our guidelines, complete inspection checklists, and report any issues to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible & full-time schedule including weekends.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting.
• Attention to detail and ability to complete cleans in a timely manner.

Aufgaben

• Maintain general cleanliness throughout hotel rooms according to AvantStay standards.
• Remove trash, recycling and compost from receptacles throughout the rooms.
• Clean, sanitize, and replace liners in trash and recycling bins.
• Replace linens in rooms; laundry is offsite, so clean linens are available.
• Report any issues in rooms, including damages or security concerns.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Check stocking levels of consumables and cleaning supplies.
• Create and complete daily job lists and paperwork/inspection forms.
• Other duties as necessary.
