Qualifications

• Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms to hotel standards.
• Communicate with guests and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth service.
• Report damages or repairs needed to management.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms for arrival.
• Clean and maintain hotel common areas.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary.
• Report damages or repairs to management.
• Report lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
