Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a House Attendant for the Residence Inn Denver Tech Center in Greenwood Village, CO. You will maintain cleanliness of assigned areas, assist with guest requests, and deliver items to guestrooms, contributing to a high standard of guest experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or related hotel experience, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and the stamina to stand through shifts. Competitive benefits and travel discounts are offered to full-time associates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred or experience in hotel/related field.
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds frequently and/or up to 20 pounds constantly to lift/move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in the public areas according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo furniture as needed.
• Handle luggage requests in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Manage items for Lost and Found according to hotel standards.
• Clean guestrooms as needed.
• Know and assist in all emergency procedures.
• Maintain hotel equipment in proper working order.
• Store hotel equipment properly.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
