Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for the Mainstay Suites in Williston, North Dakota. The role focuses on cleaning guest rooms and public areas to high standards and restocking supplies while ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will work with a team to maintain a clean, welcoming environment and support laundry tasks as needed, including flexibility for nights, weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to established standards of cleanliness and propriety.
• Restock towels, soaps and room amenities and replenish literature as needed.
• Vacuum rooms, public areas and hallways and move furniture as required.
• Inspect and report maintenance issues to ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Assist laundry by handling soiled linen and distributing clean linen as needed.
• Provide friendly, courteous service and support other departments as required.
