Job summary

Downtown Container Park in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a part-time Greeter to welcome guests, share directions, and help maintain a safe, vibrant environment. The role blends customer service, event coordination, and basic safety duties to enhance the visitor experience.

The Greeter will manage daily event calendars, assist guests, and report incidents or hazards. Strong English communication and a friendly demeanor are essential, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain a Sheriff's Card and TAM Card.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong familiarity with Downtown Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patrons.
• Maintain calendar of daily events.
• Keep premises clean and safe, report hazards.
• Assist visitors with directions.
• Report suspicious activity to authorities.
• Complete witness statements for investigations.
• File incident reports in the company database.
• Receive packages and letters at Container Park.
• Enforce policies at The Container Park.
• Coordinate Team Walks on request.
• Count patrons entering and exiting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
