Job summary

Red Robin Woodburn is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host to be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors. You will welcome guests, manage waitlists, escort them to tables, and present menus in a timely manner.

In this fast-paced restaurant environment, you will coordinate with servers and floor staff to ensure smooth turnover, handle phone inquiries, and maintain a clean, welcoming host stand. A great attitude and strong communication are a must.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
• Manage waitlists and reservations using seating management systems
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a timely manner
• Monitor dining room flow and communicate wait times accurately to guests
• Coordinate with servers and floor staff to ensure smooth table turnover
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with to-go order inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area
