• Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
• Set up and maintain the cleanliness of the host/hostess stand.
• Open and close restaurant by following checklists.
• Report equipment or product issues to the Executive Chef, GM, or Manager on duty.
• Sweep floors and maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
• Keep glass doors and windows free of fingerprints and smudges.
• Seat parties and provide menus.
• Quote wait times and add names to the waiting list.
• Update iPad with table availability as they are cleaned.
• Lead guests to tables and ensure smooth seating.
