Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Host to join our restaurant team. You will be the face of the venue, ensuring memorable and efficient experiences for every guest with a friendly welcome and prompt attention to needs.

Responsibilities include learning the menu and daily specials, maintaining dining room cleanliness, greeting guests, and managing seating, reservations, and phone inquiries as needed. Physical duties include prolonged standing and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours.
• Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Learn the menu, including daily specials, and describe how dishes are prepared.
• Check the dining room for cleanliness and restock condiments as needed.
• Greet guests warmly to create a positive first impression.
• Clear and wipe tables and set up with utensils and glassware for the next party.
• Handle reservations, assist with seating issues, and respond to phone inquiries.
