Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 months' prior experience with cash handling and customer service.
• Knowledge of basic restaurant operations and customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at arrival, seat them and provide menus.
• Escort guests to tables and note special requests for service staff.
• Handle payments at the cashier and balance cash at shift end.
• Maintain a neat cash station and assist servers to ensure smooth service.
• Verify order accuracy and receipts, including discounts and payments.
