Responsibilities

• Greet guests, offer seating options, escort to tables, and present menus.
• Read, maintain and log daily communications coordinating shifts and management.
• Maintain dining room setup, supervise service staff, assign stations.
• Conduct daily roll call meetings to share promotions, specials and memos.
• Handle reservations and special events; accommodate guest requests.
• Perform opening/closing duties and assist with side work and cleanliness.
• Maintain open communication between guests, management and staff.
• Attend required meetings.
