Job summary

BRU Burger Bar - Carmel is seeking a Host to be the first point of contact with guests, delivering exceptional customer service and a welcoming dining experience. You will manage the reception area, seating, and waitlists while coordinating with servers and kitchen staff.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to remain composed in busy periods. Training will be provided for candidates new to hosting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Familiarity with reservation systems or software is a plus.
• Previous host/hostess experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities
