Job summary

Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a friendly host/hostess to greet guests at the door and manage seating with a warm, welcoming presence. You’ll guide guests to tables, handle the waitlist, and maintain a neat foyer and host station.

Strong English skills and a customer-first attitude are required. The role includes answering phones, coordinating with the manager on duty, and supporting opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet guests warmly and maintain a cheerful presence.
• Must manage the waitlist and seating flow efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the restaurant and direct to tables.
• Escort guests to tables and manage seating flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of foyer and host station; restock menus.
• Answer phones and relay questions to the manager on duty.
• Assist with shift changes and opening/closing duties.
• Contribute to a positive, welcoming guest experience.
