Job summary

Flight Club is seeking an Ambassador to deliver a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced, pay-as-you-go environment. You will greet guests, guide them through the venue, and help coordinate tournaments while ensuring top-notch service and brand knowledge.

The role requires food handler and alcohol certifications, at least 2 years in a high-volume setting, and availability for varied shifts including weekends. Physical stamina is essential to manage the venue and activities.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment.
• Authorized to legally work in the USA.
• Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist in seating.
• Provide brand education and guide guests to their location.
• Host and facilitate tournaments and manage reservations.
• Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Answer phones and assist the sales team with information.
