Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group is looking for a Host to join the team at Hundredfold in Atlanta, GA. You will welcome guests, manage the host station, and support the dining room to ensure a smooth seating flow and guest satisfaction.

This tipped role pays $14.00–$16.00 per hour, with the potential for additional tipped earnings. Benefits and a flexible schedule are highlighted for team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest service environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Review the floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating charts.
• Seat guests and maintain control of wait times.
• Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving.
• Answer the restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation.
