Job summary

KC Current is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador for our stadium and training facility in Kansas City. This part-time, event-based position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during matches and events, with a focus on hospitality, teamwork, and community engagement.

Ideal candidates bring energy, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and in varying outdoor conditions. Training and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be available for approximately 80% of all major events held at CPKC Stadium including Kansas City Current matches and other major events.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and weekdays, usually in the evening.
• Must be willing to work outside in a range of different climates.
• Must be available to attend all necessary in-person training as a prerequisite for employment.
• Must be willing to submit to a routine background check as a condition of employment.
• Ability to stand, walk, or travel up and down stairs throughout the entire event.

Responsibilities

• Seating Host: provide directional information, welcome guests, check tickets, control access, answer event-related questions, and ensure a safe, exceptional experience.
• Premium Seating Host: manage entry, provide directions, welcome guests, check tickets, answer questions, and ensure a safe, exceptional experience.
• Gates and Guest Service Host: assist with ticket scanning, troubleshoot entry issues, support at the Guest Service Center, assist wheelchair users, and provide directions and information.
