• Greet guests warmly and seat them, creating a pleasant first impression.
• Take guest information and provide accurate wait quotes when seating is not immediately available.
• Monitor dining room flow, assist with the front area, and coordinate with servers/managers for smooth service.
• Maintain the host stand and keep menus stocked, clean, and organized.
• Answer phone inquiries about menu and restaurant, and assist with to-go orders if applicable.
