Torsap Thai Kitchen in Albuquerque is seeking a friendly team member to welcome guests, explain game rules, assist with mini-golf and arcade activities, and maintain high-energy customer service.

You will host booked parties, coordinate events, help with setup and cleanup, operate the POS system, and keep game areas clean, safe, and ready for continuous guest play during busy evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Upbeat personality and strong customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage party timelines and stay on schedule.
• Comfort operating POS systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 25–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement & Hospitality: Welcome guests warmly, explain game rules, assist with mini-golf or arcade equipment, and maintain high-energy customer service.
• Event & Party Coordination: Host booked birthday parties and group events, manage party rooms, assist with set-up, food/beverage distribution, and clean-up.
• Game & Area Maintenance: Keep game areas, mini-golf holes, and party rooms clean, organized, reset, and safe for continuous guest play.
• Safety & Guest Guidance: Monitor playing areas to ensure rules are followed, promote a safe environment, and resolve guest issues promptly.
