Job summary

DUFFY'S SPORTS GRILL in Port St. Lucie, FL is seeking a Part Time Front of House Host. You will greet guests, seat them, provide menus, and manage the flow of dining rooms to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction.

You will answer phones, input takeout orders into the POS, coordinate with kitchen and servers, maintain cleanliness, and assist teammates during busy periods. Availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assist guests with menus and answer inquiries.
• Input takeout orders accurately into POS system.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and restrooms as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen, management, servers and guests to ensure smooth service.
• Receive and manage dining reservations and direct guests to bar area when waiting.
