The Host will answer questions about the menu and wait times, maintain seating charts, and help provide menus or direct guests to digital options, contributing to a welcoming dining experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Warmly greet every guest upon arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or direct them to digital menu options.
• Answer guest questions about the restaurant, menu, or wait times.
• Manage reservations using the restaurant’s booking system.
• Organize seating charts and assign tables to servers to maximize efficiency and balance workload.
