Mainsail Lodging & Development is seeking an energetic Lobby Attendant/Housekeeping to maintain clean public areas and support guest service excellence across the hotel. You will greet guests warmly, assist housekeeping, and help with event setup and VIP arrivals while following brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in all public spaces with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Distribute items to housekeepers as needed.
• Assist with hotel banquet setup (tables, chairs).
• Address guest special requests such as foam pillows or extra towels.
• Keep hallways, windowsills, base boards dust-free and clean.
• Sweep or vacuum hallways daily and clean elevators.
• Keep closets organized and maintain par levels.
• Ensure stairwells and ice machine areas are clean and safe.
• Follow scheduled shifts, breaks, and lunch requirements.
• Perform rotational deep cleaning as scheduled.
• Assist Director of Rooms Operations with VIP arrivals.
• Restock and reorganize housekeeping carts daily.
• Report light outages or equipment issues to manager.
• Communicate inventory needs clearly to management.
