You will manage waiting lists, assist servers, take carry-out orders in the POS, handle money, answer phones, and help keep dining rooms running smoothly. A positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work flexible shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable with good communication and multi-tasking.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they arrive and informing them of specials and events.
• Thanking guests as they leave and inviting them back.
• Managing waiting list, seating guests, bussing tables, and assisting servers.
• Answering phone calls and taking carry-out orders in the POS system.
• Suggestive selling, handling money, and ensuring orders are correct.
• Assisting servers and managers throughout the dining room.
• Ensuring every guest leaves happy.
