Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and inform them of specials and events.
• Thank guests on departure and invite them back.
• Manage waiting list and seat guests; buss tables and assist servers.
• Answer phone calls and take carry out orders in POS.
• Ensure orders are correct and handle payments.
• Support servers and managers throughout the dining room.
