Job summary

Anthony’s Beach Cafe in Seattle is seeking a part-time Host to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating with the FOH to ensure smooth flow and minimal wait times. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, experience with reservation systems, and the ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Multilingual abilities and knowledge of POS/restaurant software are pluses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at arrival.
• Manage reservations and seating to optimize table availability.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain organized host station and waiting area.
