You will greet guests, manage reservations and the waitlist, answer phones, and communicate guest needs to servers and management while maintaining a polished appearance and a positive, professional demeanor throughout shifts. Availability in evenings, weekends and holidays helps the team deliver warm, consistent hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills, professional appearance, ability to stay organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and the guest waitlist.
• Seat guests according to the floor plan and server rotation.
• Maintain an organized and balanced seating flow throughout service.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist with reservations and general questions.
• Communicate special requests, celebrations, allergies, and other important guest information to the appropriate team members.
• Keep the host stand and entrance clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide accurate wait-time estimates and communicate delays professionally.
• Assist guests with takeout pickup and other front-of-house needs when necessary.
• Communicate table status and seating needs with servers, bussers, and management.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and polished appearance and attitude.
• Assist with opening and closing host duties.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and involve a manager when appropriate.
