Coastal Ice Cream Co. is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and guide them through their Coastal experience. You will describe offerings, assist with seating and service flow, and ensure a positive first impression.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 20 pounds, and delivering fast, accurate guest service in a busy environment. Night and weekend availability is expected, with tips in addition to $14 per hour pay.

Qualifications

• Must read and communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.
• Stand for up to 8 hours; lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 30 seconds of entry.
• Provide courteous, helpful customer service to guests.
• Brief guests on Coastal offerings and dining flow.
• Take-out orders and ensure accuracy per procedures.
• Support team and maintain cleanliness and organization.
