Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Minnesota is seeking a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage waitlists, and handle sales at the counter. The role involves guiding guests, maintaining equipment readiness, and supporting league prep in a vibrant entertainment venue.

Qualifying candidates should have a HS Diploma or equivalent, strong telephone etiquette, and prior customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist and track availability
• Assign lanes, shoes and equipment; prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of equipment malfunctions and log issues
• Provide basic bowling instruction to guests
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers and PA system
