Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Host to join our team and help create memorable experiences for guests. You will be responsible for facilitating events from pre-event planning through execution, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Daily tasks include coordinating with staff, assisting guests, and upselling extensions to enhance the event experience. This role offers part-time evening/weekend shifts in a lively entertainment venue.

Responsibilities

• Gather essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event food, beverage and/or experience package.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverages.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded.
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions.
