Job summary

Applebee’s in Glen Carbon, IL is hiring Hosts/Hostesses to greet guests, manage seating, and ensure a positive first impression from the moment guests enter the restaurant.

No experience required. Training provided. Flexible scheduling with weekly pay and opportunities to grow within the team. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Health insurance and employee meals available based on hours and location.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Manage restaurant seating and guest flow.
• Maintain an accurate waitlist.
• Escort guests to tables.
• Communicate wait times and seating information.
• Answer guest questions and provide helpful service.
• Keep the entrance, lobby, and host area clean and organized.
• Support servers, managers, and other team members as needed.
• Help create a welcoming guest experience.
