Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced setting; weekends/evenings/holidays required.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with reservations, and guide to tables.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and menus; answer initial questions.
• Optimize seating to balance workload for wait staff.
• Answer phones and schedule reservations.
• Complete side work, station setup, and light maintenance as needed.
