Applicants must be friendly, hardworking, and team-oriented with a positive attitude and must be available to work consistently. Responsibilities include supporting the wait staff, cleaning and resetting tables, and maintaining dining room and facility cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Friendly, hardworking and team-oriented attitude.
• Able to work consistently and reliably.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Support the wait staff as needed.
• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
• Clear plates, glasses and silverware; refill waters and bread service.
• Clean & reset tables; perform side work and station setup.
• Sweep, mop and maintain dining room and facility cleanliness.
