Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest.
• Assist guests throughout their dining experience with genuine hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, patio and common areas.
• Refresh tables and ensure the restaurant remains clean, safe, and inviting at all times.
• Deliver refreshments of beverages, assist with guest needs, and anticipate opportunities to serve.
• Support families, children, and guests requiring additional assistance.
• Encourage a positive and uplifting atmosphere within the restaurant.
• Work alongside the Front of House team to ensure operational excellence.
• Represent Chick-fil-A standards through professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
