Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a positive attitude at the front desk/host station.
• Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone calls.
• Assist guests with dining, games, and other needs to ensure a positive experience.
• Stock menus, silverware, power cards, and gift cards for shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Front Desk and Host area.
• Assist team members and managers to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Process transactions and handle cash with accuracy.
• Support to-go orders and merchandise sales as needed.
